I write to you in relation to Richard Tippins, who has been my property manager for 2/54C Rosamond Street Hornsby for just over six months.
 
Richard has been nothing short of amazing during my time at this property. Since the beginning of my tenancy Richard has been wonderful to me. No matter how many times I called him with an issue, he showed professionalism and kindness. He always returns phone calls and emails within the shortest of time frames, and nothing is too much trouble for him. 
 
I would in particular like to formally extend my gratitude for the efforts he has shown for myself since my decision to vacate the premises. He checked in on me when he was at the adjoining units one day, and I was in the middle of a rough time in my life and quite upset. Richard was so kind to me that day, and I will not forget it. He went above and beyond from then on in offering any kind of assistance he was able to in his role, and checked in on me regularly until the day I moved. 
 
Such kindness is so rare these days, especially from people that we don't really know. Richard's extraordinary assistance in his role as my property manager has exceeded any expectations I could have had, and having rented on and off for nearly 20 years I cannot recall ever dealing with a nicer man in his role. I felt it deserved to be acknowledged and that his superiors be made aware of how much I appreciate his extraordinary level of practice in a job that can often be challenging and go without commendation from tenants.
 
If I was to ever rent again, or be in a position to buy an investment property, I would come to your agency first and ask Richard to manage it. I would formally like to express my thanks and appreciation for all the wonderful service I have received from Richard and the other members of staff in your office, and wish all of you a Merry Christmas.

As Geraldine and I have expressed before, we are delighted with the sale price for our Olive Street property which no doubt was due to the professional effort of yourself and Dennis. The secret to this is keeping us informed of progress, even though we were overseas on holiday.
To bring these thoughts in a more paraphrased fashion I would comment as follows :-
